Filigree Faux Deer Skull, Natural Color with Gold Antlers

this was a gift for my cousin. she absolutely loves the piece. i like how quickly it was made and shipped (under 2 weeks!) and it was well packaged when it arrived.

The road was strewn with pitfalls to receive my package all the way to France, but I'm delighted with my deer skull, which is superb! A big thank you to the white faux taxidermy teams who have been a great help :)

Ordered and received a beautiful faux deer skull. Unfortunately, the right antler was damaged. After contacting the company via email, four times, it took them almost 5 days to respond. There is no phone number to contact them, which is very strange for any company I have ever dealt with. They offered a refund of 15% of purchase price, or to file a damage claim with FedEx for the damaged box. Seeing as how long it took to respond the first time, we opted for the 15% so we did not have to wait for another month or more to receive a new item. Based on their recommendations we bought epoxy glue and fixed the antler ourselves. So that worked. But we still have not received a response to the second set of emails regarding the refund. Which has been over 10 days now. Despite a beautiful product, we could not recommend this company based on having such poor customer service response times. May have to contact credit card company for a complaint.
